Brian Cahill is a contemporary visual artist living in the north west of Ireland. He expresses himself in the field of visual art through drawing, painting, sculpture and photography. Brian’s work is influenced by the story, both verbal and written. He breaks down the story into different threads and some of these are pursued, producing works based upon different elements within the thread.

Brian Cahill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art and is active in pursuing the process of creative development. The element of surprise can never be ignored and when inspiration strikes Brian’s work can take an unexpected turn, surprising himself as well as his viewers.

Brian uses materials in a different way, taking the materials away from their intended purpose and giving them a new life of their own. Brian encourages you to take a look at his gallery of work.
